THE NEW TESTAMENT CHURCH OF GOD
It all stared when I found a letter embosser, or “chop,” outside a church dumpster. I took it home, chopped some paper and rubbed a pencil over it, and it read: NEW TESTAMENT CHURCH OF GOD. Immediately The Rock Star Holy Trinity was conceived.

Marley - The Holy Ghost
I got busy and showed a sample line at the POOL TRADE SHOW in Las Vegas. They were like nothing at show. The Japanese market was on it - SHIPS, Top Win, Nepenthes and others bought heavily. It was also picked up by SUPREME NY - Unknown to me at the time. The collection was also featured in The Best of the Bay ‘08 - San Francisco Magazine.
Super excited to be featured in San Francisco Magazine Best of the Bay ’08
RUSSIA
I was inspired by historical Russian match stick boxes, which included Public Service Announcements. They were common at a time when stoves had to be lit. This group was included in the coffee table book, 200% COTTON, and also loved for its oversized graphic appeal.
Super excited to be featured in the 2nd edition of 100% COTTON New T-SHIRT GRAPHICS by Helen Walters.
ASIA
This collection was inspired by antique Asian advertising on shipping boxes. These oversize graphics wrapped around the body. These were included in the San Francisco Chronicle Fall Fashion Guide.
Super excited to land in the San Francisco Chronicle Fall Fashion Guide with this one.
WILD WEST
This group was inspired by the Mariachi bands in the Mission District of San Francisco. I love the bands’ look and feel. Their matching outfits, with attention to detail, combined with the texture of the instruments is a beautiful site and sound. Using the newsprint as a part of the depth created dynamic prints.
UGLY BEAUTY
I created a series of pinup style illustrations and then mash them up into one composition creating an “eye jam.” Thus the title UGLY BEAUTY. These illustrations work individually on their own merit, as well as layered on top of each other.

SAN FRANCISCO
We have been immersed in the Mission District of San Francisco like true Bohemians. This group brings out religious iconography, along with some good old Lucha Libre action.
STREET CLASH
Inspired by the riots in London 1968. This design was originally created for the Vivian Westwood retrospective at the De Young Museum. Although it was well received by some members of the Board it was ultimately rejected. I then converted it into promotional material for Lemon Twist.
GRAPHICS
As seen in the UGLY BEAUTY series, I love flat graphics style! It is very well suited for T- shirts and prints. Below are just a few more examples of some developed deigns for my T-shirts and prints

CAMOUFLAGE CLOUD
The Camouflage Cloud was an image I was very excited by, and versions of it appeared in the most unlikely places - on shirts, murals, stickers, cutting boards and old chalk boards. I can’t say exactly why…

DREAMIN’
California Dreamin’ happened on a on a camping trip. While on our annual camp out I was taking a nap on a blow up mattress and it hit me. Put the State of California on a mattress and voila! It led the way to The American Dream and ultimately Dream World.
